5 sterren – Een verborgen parel in Puglia! Tijdens onze reis door Puglia ontdekten we deze charmante Italiaanse bar – en wat een vondst! De sfeer is ontspannen en authentiek, met een prachtig terras waar je heerlijk kunt genieten van de warme avonden. De cocktails zijn echt van topniveau: perfect gebalanceerd, verrassend creatief en met oog voor detail geserveerd. Je proeft meteen dat hier iemand achter de bar staat met liefde voor het vak. De burrata was om van te dromen – zijdezacht en ongelooflijk vers, geserveerd met een scheutje lokale olijfolie en een snufje zeezout. De olijven waren precies zoals je ze hoopt te vinden in Zuid-Italië: vol van smaak en heerlijk stevig. Als kers op de taart bestelden we een plank met lokale charcuterie. Een absolute aanrader! Fijne plakjes prosciutto, pittige salami en andere lokale vleeswaren die perfect samengingen met een goed glas wijn of een van hun huiscocktails. Alles was duidelijk met zorg geselecteerd en straalde kwaliteit uit. Een perfecte plek voor een aperitivo of een lange, ontspannen avond met goed gezelschap. Wij komen hier zéker terug!

Il posto dove ti senti veramente a casa , i ragazzi sono dei grandi , accoglienti e disponibili , ottimi gli stuzzichini che Andrea prepara in maniera eccellente, da accompagnare ad un salentino , alternativa al banalissimo spritz propostami da Francesco che mi ha fatto scoprire questo aperitivo dal gusto fresco e piacevole
